System Introduction

The main pipeline connecting the special gas station (gas cylinder cabinet/manifold/tank area) to the VMB/VMP valve distribution box in the workshop is the "main artery" of the entire special gas system.

Implementation Requirements

·  Fully automated rail welding, argon purging protection throughout, no oxidation color.

·  High pressure test and pressure holding test

·  Helium mass spectrometry leak detection revealed an extremely low overall leakage rate.

·  High-purity nitrogen/inert gas purging is performed to meet the requirements for particle, moisture, and oxygen content.

·  Pipeline routing is standardized, and supports, fixations, and anti-static grounding are all in place.
